In his twenties Charles decided to abandon his cushy, lucrative job as a corporate lawyer to set up set up his first online business ….. supplying tights to women all over the world. This included to celebrities like Little Mix, Keira Knightley and Jennifer Lopez. Slowly he got the business profitable and to 1m+ visitors a year. He sold the business, which later went bust – and that’s a whole other story!

At the same time Charles was building Holidaysplease which grew from nothing to a £30m sales a year business with more than 100 people working for the company. Along the way it has won numerous awards including UK/Ireland Online Travel Agency of the Year. It is also one of the top ranked travel companies on Trust Pilot with an average rating of 9.8/10 from over 3,000+ reviews. It continues to be successful with growth as much as 20% a year.
