About Mr. Sean T. Ngo

Sean T. Ngo is an American citizen for over 40 years. He has worked extensively in the USA and Asia, and has over 25 years of professional experience at Fortune 500 companies as well as having started his own businesses. Sean is a frequent speaker at many international franchising events and forums hosted by industry and government throughout Asia.

Prior to co-founding VF Franchise Consulting, Sean has worked for many Fortune 500 companies, including Microsoft Corporation, Coldwell Banker, National Semiconductor Corporation, and Lockheed Martin.

He has an MBA from the University of San Francisco (USF) and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from California State University, San Jose (SJSU). He is formerly a registered Project Management Professional (PMP®) as certified by the Project Management Institute, USA. He also lectures at Asian, European and Australian MBA programmes in Vietnam in the subjects of Franchising, Entrepreneurship, Strategy, International Business, Leadership, and Project Management.

Sean has been living and working in Asia for over 15 years and is currently based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Having grown up as an Asian-American in the USA, Sean’s core values include integrity, hard-work, perseverance, and last but not least, family. These core values are integral to his professional and personal success.
